The Terms & Conditions are dependent on each merchant and point reward, and hence all terms and conditions including expiry is provided on every point reward screen to inform the user on the redemption mechanism.

In order to not face expiration issues, users are encouraged to use their voucher immediately after redemption, and at most within 30 days.
