Detailed T&C are provided on every point reward screen to inform the user on the redemption mechanism for each point reward. General terms of redemptions can be seen below: 

                                     

Physical Voucher : Click redeem before the 9th or 23rd of each month (Cut-off dates each month). An email will be sent to you to confirm the redemption of the voucher. Collect the voucher from your office HR administrative team after one week from the cut-off date each month. You can take your physical voucher to the retailer location near you and purchase your favourite items.


E-Voucher  After redeeming your e-voucher, you will be able to see the unique promo code on the redemption screen on the app and you will also be sent an email with the voucher code. You can enter this code during checkout when placing your order on the respective merchant’s website or app.


Physical Products  : After redeeming, you will be sent an email to which you will have to send back to support@rewardz.sg with some details to furnish the redemption. Following this, the redemption will be processed and you can make the collection/delivery depending on the mode chosen.


Travel, Attractions and other services : After redeemingan email will be sent to your work email address with the e-voucher code. To make your reservation, you can call or visit the website of the merchant and quote Rewardz along with your e-voucher code.
